We start with a Launch Session to explore your goals, values and expectations, while customizing our alliance to best serve you. We then meet for two to four high impact sessions per month, via phone, Skype or in person in New York City.

Our conversations are compassionately raw and direct. We cut quickly to what's real and what matters for you - to depths you may have never before touched - and then co-design action strategies to create positive change. You get to be scared. You get to be uncertain. And you get to move forward. Between sessions, we support your action and learning through e-mails and other brief exchanges.

Common topics include major life transitions (e.g. career change, relocation, divorce, loss of loved ones), romance, work-life balance, physical health and spiritual exploration. Fear management often arises as a valuable point of leverage.
